Caliber is Located in Hillsborough, North Carolina. As a homebuiler we specialize in full service residential design and construction. We work directly with the homeowner to design and plan their beautiful dream home. We believe in building not only new homes, but building a new family with every new client.
At Caliber, we believe in being completely involved in every phase of the project right from the start. We start by listening to our clients wants and needs, and develop a well balance construction method for each phase of the project. Along with working with engineers, we also work with each trade specialist to ensure the highest quality is delievered. We provide expert advise to any possible issue from site planning to project financing.

Assessment & Our Introduction
The first and most important phase of construction is meeting and understanding your wants and needs. Once we have understood your goals for the new construction we will develop a plan of construction & initiate the permitting process. This involves obtaining lot surveys, lot perk test, acquiring the lot or evaluating the land you plan to build on, Interior Designs, & Material Selections.

The Blueprint & Architectural Design
In this phase of construction we team up with the engineers, architects, and Interior Design specialist to develop a construction blueprint for the house.
Together, along with the team we will design your future home or remodel. Once develop, we can officially submit the plans through the permitting process.

The Selections
In this phase of construction, the homeowner begins making selections on the interior and exterior of the new house. In this phase, we embark in a mission to select the best and most suitable options for your house. We will ensure that you are satisfied and comfortable well before the installation begins.

Construction
This is where the fun begins. We begin breaking ground with the first rough grading of the lot. This is followed by the foundation excavation. The home is only as good as the foundation constructed & we pride our selves with this. Our in-house team of foundation experts will go above and beyond to exceed load capabilities with each foundation. The framing for the house follows.
